In this role as a Business Development Executive for Real Estate ERP Solutions at 4th Quarter Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, generating, and managing leads for ERP solutions targeting builders, developers, and channel partners. - Conducting engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase ERP modules and business benefits. - Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and value delivery. - Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals with real estate clients. - Tracking real estate market trends and competitor activities in Hyderabad and Bangalore. - Collaborating with internal teams to achieve defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the real estate, software, or ERP domain. - Proven track record in solution selling, preferably real estate ERP or CRM systems. - Existing network of brokers/builders in Hyderabad and/or Bangalore preferred. - Excellent lead generation, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
