Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate - Overseas Education to join our team in Vadodara or Surat. This mid-level, full-time role is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of relevant work experience. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, building client relationships, and promoting overseas education programs.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, with the ability to identify, target, and engage prospective clients interested in overseas education.
- Must have excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions to students and stakeholders in diverse settings.
- Required proficiency in CRM software to manage student and partner databases, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
- Must have hands-on experience in field marketing, executing campaigns, and engaging clients in-person to boost outreach.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for building rapport with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Strong sales strategy acumen to develop, refine, and execute plans that enhance student enrollments in overseas education programs.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify competitive advantages, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for overseas education programs through outreach, campaigns, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct engaging presentations and seminars on overseas education opportunities for students and parents.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and leads in the CRM software system.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities such as educational fairs, seminars, and school/college visits to increase brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and international educational partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to deliver a seamless journey from lead generation to enrollment.
- Stay updated with world education trends, courses, scholarships, and admission requirements for various destinations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to student registrations and successful enrollments.
