Business Development Officer(male)

Hygiene Fresh is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Senior Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our presence across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and achieve sales targets. If you are passionate about sales and have an interest in hygiene solutions, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a diverse range of Hygiene Fresh products, including Aircare, Washroom Care, Hand Hygiene, Tissues, Consumables, and Hotel Amenities.

Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales and business development targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including hotels, corporates, healthcare facilities, and institutions.

Identify and onboard new clients to expand the customer base.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about Hygiene Fresh solutions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide actionable insights to management.

Ensure smooth order processing, timely payment follow-ups, and compliance with company policies.

Visit clients regularly to provide after-sales support and ensure high satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams for effective service delivery.

Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on sales and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of hygiene or cleaning products is a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
