Business Development Officer

Syfton Innovations is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to promote our software development, web, and mobile application services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development, web, and mobile app services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare suitable proposals
• Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and demos to clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools
• Represent Syfton Innovations at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into successful deals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software services sales, or business development
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of software services such as web development, mobile app development, and digital solutions
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online researchPreferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Experience working with B2B clients or international markets
• Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, email marketing, and cold calling
• Familiarity with IT project proposals, quotations, and negotiation processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
