Business Development Officer (MALE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Officer (B2B & B2C) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires a result-oriented professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and market research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new B2B clients across target industries
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and present tailored business proposals and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client solutions
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and market insights

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-5 years experience in Sales/marketing (preffered in Educational field)
