Business Development Officer

Position: Business Development Executive (Advanced Marketing Field)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month + 20% Incentive + 10x Target Bonus

Experience: 1–3 years in Software Development / Website Development Companies

Requirement: Fluent in English (Strong Communication Skills Required)

Work Days: 5 days a week

Educational Qualification:

BBA, BCA, MCA, MBA, B.Tech

Technical & Marketing Skills:

Basic Web Development (HTML, CSS, Tailwind)

Appointment scheduling and client follow-ups

Digital & advanced marketing knowledge

Lead generation, cold calling, event promotion

Core Responsibilities:

Generating leads and acquiring new clients

Cold calling potential clients to generate business

Attending events, parties, and networking opportunities to promote the company

Conducting physical/face-to-face meetings with clients

Maintaining and nurturing client relationships

Understanding client requirements and providing suitable solutions

Scheduling appointments and follow-ups

Meeting sales targets and achieving 10x target incentives

Coordinating with the technical team for project delivery

Skills & Qualities:

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented and motivated

Prior experience in business development & marketing in tech/software services preferred
