Business Development Officer - Gold Loan

You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of assigned products by implementing sales strategies and marketing activities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Generating business leads through various channels - Cross selling third-party products - Achieving business plan targets in terms of net revenue - Ensuring compliance, KYC, and documentation of assigned products - Conducting detailed market studies to analyze market trends and track competitors" activities - Building and nurturing a clientele for consistent business flow - Strategizing business promotional activities to penetrate the market effectively To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's Degree/ Masters Degree preferred - 1+ years of experience in Gold Loan - Good product and market knowledge with a technical understanding of the business - Strong customer base - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
