Position Overview:

The Business Development Officer (BDO) will play a pivotal role in expanding FAST’s institutional and corporate network. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with college authorities to recommend FAST’s training programs to their students and collaborate with MNC leaders (Directors, CEOs, COOs, and HR heads) to facilitate placement opportunities and corporate tie-ups for trained candidates from FAST.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (1–5 years) in business development, institutional sales, or corporate relations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong professional networks and engage senior stakeholders confidently.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market requirements.

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in the education or training industry.
• Strong understanding of campus engagement and corporate hiring processes.
• Persuasive personality with a flair for public speaking and relationship management.
