We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Officer to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the Kottayam district.

Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, site visits, networking, and online marketing.
• Promote and explain our signage, printing, and advertising solutions to prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the management.
• Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (signage/advertising industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the Kottayam market is an advantage.
