Business Development Officer (BDO)

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive field salesand promote our German language training programs. The ideal candidate will guide students through their learning journey, coordinate with partner institutions, and actively participate in B2B meetings across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on German language training and guide them through the next steps.
• Promote course enrollments and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and partner institutions (B2B). Handle coordination and documentation related to student admissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, students, and partner organizations.
• Travel across Kerala for business meetings and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Any Degree holder or any relevant field can apply (Preference to B.Tech, MBA).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Preference for candidates with experience in education, marketing, or sales.
• Must possess a valid two- and four-wheeler driving license.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
