Business Development Officer (BDO)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students after their German language training and supporting them throughout the application and onboarding process. This role also involves coordination, documentation assistance, and effective communication with students and partner institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B-Tech, MBA, or any relevant field)
• Freshers can also apply
• Preference for candidates with experience in educational institutions or in marketing/sales roles within the education sector
• Must have a valid driving license
• Interest in traveling across Kerala to attend B2B meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on the next steps after completing German language training
• Assist students with applications, documentation, and visa procedures
• Coordinate process training sessions and provide onboarding support
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with clients and partner institutions
• Support overall coordination between students and partner organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Negotiation: 1 year (Preferred)
