You will be tasked with sourcing product catalogues from these merchants to ensure a diverse selection of products for our customers. Working closely with the IT team, you will coordinate to get the catalogues live on our marketplace efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact for both existing and new merchants who wish to sell on our platform. Your role will involve generating market insights and utilizing regional expertise in sourcing products effectively. Strong negotiation and convincing skills are essential to succeed in this role, along with the ability to maintain seller engagement with live catalogues. To excel in this position, you must possess a business development mindset, operational coordination skills, and an aggressive approach to driving business growth. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a startup environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with merchants and internal teams. Additionally, having hands-on experience in channel sales, partner management, and new business development will be advantageous.
