Who we’re looking for:

Business Development & Marketing Executive

• A natural communicator — you’ll be the nerve center between our clients, our internal teams, and our creative ideas.
• From an 

  advertising/brand background

   — you know how brands think and how markets move.
• A client whisperer — you can turn a lead into a relationship and a project into a partnership.
• Digitally creative — from Instagram reels to LinkedIn strategy, you bring fresh campaigns and sharp content ideas.
• Curious about 

  tech + design

  , and especially 

  in love with lighting and visual innovation

  .

Your day-to-day might include:

• Pitching to clients with ideas that light up the room (literally and metaphorically).
• Brainstorming digital marketing campaigns with our content and design teams.
• Following up with clients like a pro — and keeping the communication loop buzzing internally.
• Exploring new business verticals, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends, especially in design, tech, and advertising.

You bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or client servicing roles (bonus if in creative/tech/lighting sectors).
• Background in 

  advertising, branding, or communication

  .
• A love for storytelling and the hustle of startups.
• Bonus points if you say things like “I saw this campaign and thought of how we could remix it for our lights…”
