We provide high-quality equipment and expert technical support for concerts, corporate events, weddings, and more. Our services ensure crystal-clear sound and stunning visuals for every occasion. Whether you need powerful PA systems or complete event production support, we have got you covered.

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can procure event projects, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for collaboration. Your main responsibility will be to bring in work for Swapna Sounds – including corporate events, weddings, concerts, political conferences, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the event, corporate, and entertainment sectors.
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through meetings, calls, networking, and online reach-outs.
  • Build strong relationships with event planners, agencies, production houses, hotels, and venues.
  • Stay updated on upcoming events, tenders, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Attend client meetings, prepare proposals/quotations, and follow up regularly.
  • Represent Swapna Sounds professionally in the market.
  • Maintain a client database and provide weekly reports on leads and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Malayalam and English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
  • Confidence to meet clients in person and explain our services
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of the event/AV industry is an advantage
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings or project visits
