Job Description

Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for generating new business leads, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key Highlights:

This is a leadership-oriented role with excellent scope for promotion to senior positions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and client visits.
  • Conduct needs analysis, present customized solutions (staffing, recruitment, BPO, medical billing services), and prepare proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage key accounts, upsell/cross-sell services, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations) for seamless service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts/reports.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience:

    Minimum 5-10 years in B2B business development/sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, IT services, BPO, or outsourcing industry.
  • Education:

    Any Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales/Business Development preferred).
  • Skills Required:

    • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English + Telugu mandatory; Hindi is a plus).
    • Strong networking abilities and experience in consultative selling.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred (extensive local travel required).
  • Location Preference:

    Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Nellore.

    Work from Office mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC:

    6 - 10 LPA (negotiable based on experience and past achievements) + lucrative monthly/quarterly incentives & commissions (uncapped earning potential).
