Job Summary:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve the assigned revenue targets.
Ensure consistent availability during business hours and efficient utilization of resources.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for your team members and address their needs and concerns effectively and efficiently.
Conduct effective consultations with prospects and leads, while also generating referrals.
Promote and strengthen the companys brand and reputation in the market.
Coordinate with the reporting manager and follow instructions diligently.
Apply creative and strategic approaches to problem-solving.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and sales in the CRM and other platforms.
Be willing to work beyond normal business hours when required or instructed by the manager.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
