Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Identify target markets, industries, and customer segments to focus on for sales growth. Conduct research on competitors' offerings and industry trends to stay up-to-date on market developments. Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and closure targets. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales role. Strong understanding of IT services & consulting domain. Proven experience in lead generation and sales (LinkedIn and cold calling experience preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
