1) Connect with developers and forge deals for bulk buying.
2) Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.3) Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.4) Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.5)Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.6)Writing business proposals and negotiate.7)Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.8)Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.9)Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 10)Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
