Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build, and manage new business opportunities through Tier-1 vendor networks.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key Tier-1 vendor partners.
  • Drive consistent lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment of business development and hiring efforts.
  • Contribute to overall company growth with a strong business-oriented mindset.
  • Utilize your existing contacts and connections to identify potential business leads.

  • Proven success in working with

    Tier-1 Vendors

    (not end clients or implementation partners).
  • A strong network and existing relationships within the Tier-1 vendor ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and business targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a target-driven and team-oriented approach.
  • Must have your own client/vendor database.
