We’re looking for an enthusiastic Experienced Upwork Bidding Executive who can manage our Upwork profile, write winning proposals, and build long-term client relationships in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and maintain Upwork and other freelance profiles
✅ Write custom proposals and bid on relevant projects
✅ Communicate with international clients (mainly US-based)
✅ Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
✅ Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets
Skills & Requirements:
⭐ 2+ year experience in Upwork bidding or similar platforms
⭐ Excellent English communication and writing skills
⭐ Knowledge of IT services, web/app development, or digital marketing
⭐ Strong client handling and negotiation skills
