Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage new vendor and client relationships in the US staffing market.
Bring
direct client requirements
and ensure consistent pipeline for bench consultants.
Collaborate with the bench sales team to market consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, EAD etc.).
Generate business through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networks.
Negotiate rates, finalize deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants.
Maintain and grow client accounts through regular communication.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
Ensure continuous business flow for multiple technologies and skill sets.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Bench Sales & Business Development
within US IT Staffing.
Strong vendor network and proven ability to bring direct client requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
In-depth understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US recruitment process.
Ability to generate revenue and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Must be available for onsite night shift.
Mandatory: F2F interview.
