Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager/ Relationship Executive at our company based in Kumbakonam, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Generating business leads through various channels - Cross selling third-party products - Achieving business plan targets in terms of net revenue - Ensuring compliance, KYC, and documentation of assigned products - Conducting detailed market studies to analyze the latest trends and track competitors' activities for sales strategy - Building and nurturing clientele for consistent business flow - Strategizing specific business promotional activities to penetrate the market - Driving growth of assigned products through sales strategy and marketing activities - Building a new customer base for business development To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's Degree - At least 2 years of experience in any of our core products (Forex/Gold Loan/Travel & Holidays) - Good product and market knowledge with technical understanding of our business - Strong customer base - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Please note that the job description may be subject to changes based on the profile's requirements.
