Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Kochi. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and aligning business development efforts with company goals. The successful candidate will also analyze market trends and develop action plans to expand the customer base and achieve financial growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to provide innovative solutions and strategies to meet client and business requirements.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in the elevator or construction industry is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
