As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Ultrafly Solutions, your role will involve expanding our Software Solutions & Digital Marketing services through the following key responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Sales: You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for custom software development, SaaS solutions, and digital marketing services. - Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. - Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competition, and potential business opportunities to stay ahead in the market. - Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches, product demos, and proposals to clients to showcase our offerings effectively. - Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's overall revenue. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Negotiation & Closure: Manage pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations effectively to secure deals successfully. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Software Sales / IT Services / Digital Marketing Sales. - Strong knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and consultative selling. - Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and technology solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
