Job Description

We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team at Kottayam and Thiruvalla. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital printing, signage, and advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition (printing, signage, or advertising industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
