We specialize in delivering agile, scalable workforce solutions and have extensive experience in establishing Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) tailored to global business needs. Our core strength lies in enabling sustainable growth for our clients through timely, high-quality talent and delivery models. Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion initiatives in domestic and international markets. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT services, staffing sales , and ODC setups who can identify opportunities, generate sustainable revenue, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation & Growth: Develop and own the sales pipeline for India, US, UK, and MEA regions from prospecting to closure. Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets by identifying high-potential clients across verticals. Create and implement account-based strategies to penetrate new logos and grow existing accounts. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to create revenue forecasts, pricing models , and proposal strategies. Market Expansion & Business Strategy: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new industry trends, client needs, and service gaps. Lead the end-to-end setup and operationalization of ODCs , ensuring client objectives and timelines are met. Build a partner ecosystem and leverage channel alliances to enhance reach and service offerings. Client Engagement & Solutioning: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic goals and aligning our services accordingly. Deliver customized IT staffing and augmentation solutions based on client requirements and industry needs. Prepare and lead impactful presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations . Collaboration & Internal Enablement: Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure fulfillment, client satisfaction, and SLA compliance. Provide client insights and feedback to internal stakeholders for service optimization and new offerings. Mentor junior business development executives and contribute to team-wide enablement efforts. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staffing/services and ODC environments . Proven success in revenue generation, enterprise sales , and global account management. Strong understanding of the IT services landscape , hiring models, delivery frameworks, and contract structures. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic selling skills .
