Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage

    TMT product sales across theallocated region

    , driving growth through effective strategies and strong execution.
  • Develop and manage sales through

    channel partners, builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies

    .
  • Take full ownership of

    individual sales targets

    , including market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new clients and distributors

    to expand market presence and coverage.
  • Strategically

    manage product pricing

    for the region based on market dynamics, competitor positioning, and customer feedback.
  • Lead and execute

    branding and marketing activities

    in the Chennai market to improve product visibility and customer recall.
  • Achieve

    monthly/quarterly sales targets

    and proactively monitor performance metrics for timely course corrections.
  • Conduct regular

    market research

    to stay ahead of industry trends, understand competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain

    strong customer relationships

    , ensuring regular follow-ups and timely deal closures.
  • Coordinate closely with

    production and logistics teams

    to ensure timely order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
