Business Development Manager- Solar Machines

• Solar PV module production lines
• Lithium cell mass production & pilot lines
• Lithium battery pack assembly production lines
• LIB separator & coating lines

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales activities for solar panel production lines, testing systems, and lab equipment.
• Develop and expand the customer portfolio across India (Pan India).
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team.
• Handle contract negotiations and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market analysis and support the implementation of business growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales of machinery for the solar industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong technical background in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or instrumentation fields.
• Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma (B.Tech or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel frequently across India.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
