Business Development Manager SOLAR

You will be working as a Business Development Manager SOLAR at DEXTER CHEM, a WAAREE Authorised Partner specializing in trading solar products such as Glass Modules, Flexible Modules, and Batteries. With a track record of successfully executing 10+MW projects on various surfaces in India, DEXTER CHEM is now looking to expand its team. As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to drive the sales of solar products, nurturing client relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in sales and business development within the solar industry. A deep understanding of solar products, technologies, and market trends is essential. Your strong negotiation and communication skills will be crucial in building and sustaining client relationships. Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales goals is a prerequisite. In addition to your sales acumen, you should possess excellent organizational and time-management abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required for this position.
