Position: Business Development Manager – Skill Development Production Unit

Organization Type: NGO | Location: Delhi | Experience: 4–5 years in NGO/Social Enterprise Sector

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development, sales, and market expansion for production unit products.

• Build and strengthen the brand through effective online and offline marketing strategies to enhance visibility and growth.

• Manage e-commerce platforms, B2B partnerships, and retail channels for product sales.

• Align production with market demand, innovation, and quality standards.

• Support capacity-building initiatives and mentor teams to foster livelihood generation and community empowerment.

Requirements

• Strong background in business development, brand building, and integrated marketing (online & offline).

• Demonstrated experience in skill development, production units, or livelihood programs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
