About the Role:

Business Development Manager

The candidate must bring strong industry expertise, enthusiasm, and the ability to deliver results quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard

  pan-India/global brands

  for influencer marketing and brand endorsements.

• Build

  business relationships with other agencies

  executing influencer campaigns across India.
• Drive new business opportunities in

  influencer marketing, brand endorsements, and performance marketing campaigns

  .
• Develop compelling proposals and pitches to close high-value deals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets.
  

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience

  in influencer marketing agencies with proven success in closing brand deals.
• Strong communication skills in

  English & Hindi

  .
• Must be

  enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and result-driven

  capable of achieving immediate outcomes by hook or by crook.
• Should be able to

  guarantee business

  through strong connects and market expertise.
• Do

  not apply if your expertise is only in nano-influencer campaigns

  .
• Must own a

  laptop

  and be self-sufficient to run operations for the first 6 months.
• Based in

  Mumbai / New Delhi / Bengaluru

  (hybrid/work-from-home flexibility available).

• Performance Incentives:

  Attractive commission structure based on business generated
