Location: Mumbai / New Delhi / Bengaluru Work Mode: Work from Home / Hybrid Timing: Monday Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM (Sunday Holiday) About the Role: We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who can onboard pan-India and global brands for influencer marketing, endorsements, and performance-driven campaigns. The candidate must bring strong industry expertise, enthusiasm, and the ability to deliver results quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard pan-India/global brands for influencer marketing and brand endorsements. Build business relationships with other agencies executing influencer campaigns across India. Drive new business opportunities in influencer marketing, brand endorsements, and performance marketing campaigns . Develop compelling proposals and pitches to close high-value deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets. Requirements: Mandatory experience in influencer marketing agencies with proven success in closing brand deals. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi . Must be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and result-driven capable of achieving immediate outcomes by hook or by crook. Should be able to guarantee business through strong connects and market expertise. Do not apply if your expertise is only in nano-influencer campaigns . Must own a laptop and be self-sufficient to run operations for the first 6 months.
