Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in the Education Sector at our innovative EdTech company, you will play a crucial role in helping students become placement-ready through industry-aligned programs and immersive AR/VR-based learning. Your main responsibility will be to build strong partnerships with educational institutions such as colleges, universities, and training centers to promote our placement readiness and AR/VR programs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with key stakeholders at educational institutions, including Placement Officers, Training Heads, and Directors. - Effectively pitch Aalgorix's solutions through various communication channels like calls, emails, online meetings, or in-person visits. - Conduct compelling product presentations and demos to showcase the value of our programs. - Assist in creating proposals, MoUs, and onboarding documents for institutional partnerships. - Maintain a lead pipeline, track conversations, and follow up to convert prospects into clients. - Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of programs. - Meet monthly and quarterly outreach and conversion targets. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement. - Prior experience in the education/EdTech sector is preferred but not mandatory. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable engaging with senior education stakeholders and presenting to small or large groups. - Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Willingness to travel occasionally to institutions or events.
