Business Development Manager ( Real Estate ) – Salemax Plus

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with developers and clients to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused, results-driven, and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when creating sales strategies and have a demonstrated ability to execute growth plans successfully.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure partnership opportunities with developers and stakeholders.
• Develop new client relationships to grow business and expand company presence.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent Salemax Plus in meetings with developers, presenting proposals and onboarding plans.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.
• Execute clear and persuasive communication through reports, presentations, and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in business development (preferably real estate).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and execute successful development strategies.
• Focused, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
