Business Development Manager - Real Estate Sales

As a part of the Sales & Business Development department, you will play a crucial role in engaging with premium investors and end-users across NCR. TAMEDA Realty, led by IIT alumni, is a forward-thinking real estate advisory firm committed to ethical practices and transparent real estate consulting. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for converting leads into site visits and closures, maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, and driving the sales cycle from lead nurturing to deal closure. Your role will require a deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market and the ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon/NCR. A Graduate/MBA qualification with expertise in sales, negotiation, and client handling is desired. Strong communication skills in English, with fluency in Hindi being a plus, are essential. You should be self-motivated, well-groomed, and committed to working in a performance-driven environment. Additionally, you must own a vehicle for client meetings and site visits, and be comfortable working 6 days a week, including Sundays, with a weekday off provided.
