Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager in Real Estate, based in Nagpur. The selected candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and establish relationships with potential clients in the real estate sector. Responsibilities also include conducting market analysis, coordinating with clients, managing negotiations, and driving sales strategies to achieve targets. A portion of the work can be performed remotely, but the role requires a significant presence in Nagpur for client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Sales and business development expertise in any sector, with the ability to achieve set targets
Market research, business analysis, and strategic planning abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and tools to manage client accounts and track sales performance
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Proven track record in a commission-based or sales-driven environment
Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Knowledge of the Nagpur real estate market is a strong advantage
