Job Description: The role blends new business generation with portfolio-style ownership of plot inventory, stakeholder engagement, and sales enablement for regional growth. √ Role summary • Lead end-to-end business development for plot investments in the Nagpur region by identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients. • Take ownership of the plot portfolio lifecycle from selection and inventory planning to campaign execution, sales enablement, and post-sale client servicing. √ Key responsibilities • Identify new business opportunities, build pipeline, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term investor relationships. • Engage with new market or existing network and other intermediaries to develop business for the region and expand sourcing networks in Nagpur and other nearby region in Vidarbha area. • Own portfolio operations across selection, inventory management, pricing inputs, campaign execution, and sales enablement to meet absorption targets. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align go-to-market plans and improve lead-to-sale conversion velocity. • Drive partner for business channel productivity, site activation, and event-led demand generation. • Maintain disciplined follow-ups, arrange site visits and client meetings, and ensure a high-quality buying experience. • Track portfolio and funnel metrics, prepare weekly performance reports, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets. √ Qualifications and skills • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a track record of meeting targets. • Exposure to real estate or allied sectors is added advantage, with readiness for field work and direct client interaction. • Strong leadership and Team management skills with the ability to coordinate for investment management. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities suited to fast-paced growth environments. • Ability to engage regional intermediaries and internal teams to deliver outcomes consistently. √ Performance metrics (KPIs) • Qualified leads created per month and lead-to-client conversion rate. • Portfolio-level sales enablement impact and monthly/quarterly revenue achieved. • Follow-up discipline, site visits completed, and client experience quality. √ Work setup • Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, with frequent local travel and for site visits, partner meetings, and client interactions. • Cross-functional work with sales, marketing, and product/portfolio teams to align development strategies and execution.
