Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Tie-ups

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential corporate partners for mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to integrate corporate partnerships into company goals.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and partners.
• Track and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs.

2. International Representation

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit reliable business representatives, distributors, and partners outside India.
• Conduct global market research to determine suitable markets and representative profiles.
• Oversee on boarding of international representatives, providing training and resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners to ensure alignment with the companys brand and values.
• Collaborate internally to ensure smooth communication and implementation of global business strategies.

3. Market Research & Expansion

• Perform in-depth market analysis to understand global trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement entry strategies for new international markets, considering cultural, regulatory, and industry-specific factors.
• Prepare analytical reports on business opportunities, competitor landscape, and expansion feasibility.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to customize offerings for international markets.
• Share partner feedback to guide product/service improvements and market positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support seamless execution of international business strategies.

Experience

• Minimum

  5+ years

  in business development, corporate partnerships, or international sales.
• Proven track record in securing corporate tie-ups, negotiating contracts, and managing long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing international business relationships.

Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of international business practices, trends, and cultural dynamics.
• Ability to design and execute effective market entry and partnership strategies.
• Analytical mind-set with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Relationship-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field
