Job Description

Sales Manager

  • Manage and track existing sales pipeline across product verticals and geographies.
  • Identify and build short, medium, and long-term sales pipelines aligned with business targets.
  • Generate new leads, identify and engage decision-makers, and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Facilitate impactful sales pitches and product demos for potential clients.
  • Actively nurture leads through all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and pre-sales materials for new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Track the sales lifecycle, monitor dwell time, and forecast sales projections.
  • Develop and implement standardized sales processes, structures, and best practices across the company.
  • Maintain and report real-time sales performance metrics.
  • Support marketing initiatives and assist in implementing promotional strategies.
  • Design and refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights for review meetings.
  • Represent the company at industry networking events and conferences.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with storytelling ability.
  • Prior experience in

    B2B sales for software products or applications

  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, humble, and open to learning and adopting new processes.
  • Bachelors degree

  • 5 to 12 years

    of total experience in

    B2B Sales

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
