Job Description

PRI India IT Services Private Limited (PRI Global) is

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
Present and promote staffing services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in IT staffing or specialized recruitment sectors.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
