Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business goals.
  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and prepare regular reports.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Requirements & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
