Business Development Manager

Company Overview

The Field Onboarding and Service Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a
smooth onboarding experience and receive excellent ongoing support. This role involves traveling to client sites, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and providing hands-on assistance to ensure clients are getting the most out of PagarBooks platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to prospective clients to showcase PagarBooks solutions.
• Drive Sales Growth:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
• Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends to support product development.
• Monitor Market Trends and Competitors Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of the payroll and staff management industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
