Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, with an emphasis on enterprise and managed office solutions.

• Drive outbound sales via calls, emails, and digital prospecting on professional platforms used internally for prospecting.

• Build, manage, and nurture a dynamic pipeline of leads, maintaining continuous engagement and proactive follow-up to maximize conversion rates.

• Be actively involved in all sales closures, working closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless deal finalization and excellent customer experience.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain, monitor, and update CRM systems with real-time, accurate data on prospective clients and all sales activities.

• Represent BHIVE Workspace at seminars, webinars, industry events, and networking forums, serving as an energetic brand ambassador.
