Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to target potential clients in various industries, with a focus on those requiring advertising and marketing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Finding new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and offering them tailored marketing solutions. - Conducting Client Visit activities, such as face-to-face meetings, presentations, and participation in industry events to close deals. - Leading the preparation of detailed proposals and presentations that address client needs and emphasize the value of the company's services. - Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities. - Mentoring and managing the sales team to collectively achieve goals by providing training, support, and motivation. - Leading negotiations with clients to ensure favorable outcomes that align with both client and company objectives.
