Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Note: This role is

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute region-specific BD strategies for ME & GCC markets
Identify and engage with Salesforce and Oracle clients, partners, and system integrators
Drive offshore staffing engagements from India to ME/GCC clients
Build onshore staffing pipelines by leveraging local networks and compliance knowledge
Lead client presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SLA/TAT adherence and delivery excellence
Maintain a strong understanding of regional labor laws, visa processes, and payroll compliance
Represent Astek Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in
IT staffing business development
for ME & GCC regions
Proven success in
offshore and onshore staffing
for
Salesforce and Oracle technologies
Strong network of decision-makers in enterprise IT, consulting, and tech firms
Deep understanding of regional compliance, work permits, and staffing regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and execution rigor
