Job description What you’ll do Role & responsibilities Must have a good understanding of IT concepts and the latest trends. Should have worked with Prime Vendors prominently and should be able to bring Prime vendors connected to the company. Should have Direct Client contacts & should be confident enough in getting immediate business from the US Market Expertise in job boards such as Dice and CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and email campaigns. Should have experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens. Should be capable of doing Bench Sales for Virtual Candidates to Top Tier Vendors whom you have already established relationships with. Must be knowledgeable on US Tax terms (like W2, Corp2Corp, 1099) Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process. Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients & partners), develop new client accounts & require a good network of tier-1 vendors, direct clients for providing staffing solutions. Must have good experience in rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in both offshore and onshore staffing models within these regions and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and system integrators. Note: This role is not open to professionals with backgrounds limited to US or Indian domestic staffing.
