Business Development Manager (Marketing Agency Background)

Thirsty Crow Marketing Services (TTC) is a creative-led marketing agency that helps brands tell compelling stories through content, campaigns, and curated experiences through corporate events. We’re seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners to expand our footprint.
• Effectively pitch services—including brand storytelling, content strategy, lead generation campaigns, digital marketing, and curated events like roundtables and webinars.
• Develop customised presentations and proposals that align with client goals and showcase the value of our offerings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful delivery of services.
• Maintain and track the sales funnel, follow up on leads, and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Must have worked with a marketing agency.
• Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing—preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
