Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for developing the business in designated locations by acquiring and converting leads, enhancing customer engagement and retention, executing marketing campaigns, and strengthening brand building efforts. Additionally, you will be tasked with recruiting and supervising Marketing executives, leveraging a deep understanding of marketing along with customer and business insights. Your role will involve familiarity with industry best practices, including market do's and don'ts, competitor analysis, strategies, and pricing structures. You will engage with customers to drive sales, conduct market surveys to identify growth opportunities, and set clear goals for the marketing team. Proactively seeking out new business prospects, clients, and closing deals will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, culminating in the achievement of monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development and sales. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires on-site presence.
