Business Development Manager L&D / E-Learning Solutions (B2B)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager for Learning & Development (L&D) and E-Learning solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and expansion by engaging with HR/L&D leaders, identifying new business opportunities, and pitching customized offerings to meet client needs. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions, managing sales cycles, and driving revenue growth through strategic key account management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for L&D, digital learning, and e-learning solutions. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise and mid-market clients. - Pitch customized L&D and e-learning offerings including training programs, LMS/learning platforms, content development, and blended learning solutions. - Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and capability presentations. - Collaborate with internal teams (content, delivery, product, operations) to design tailored client solutions. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles including proposals, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contracting. - Drive revenue growth through strategic key account management for repeat business. - Track market trends, competitor insights, and emerging technologies in L&D/e-learning. - Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting. Qualification Required: - 3-8 years of experience in selling corporate L&D solutions, digital training, LMS/e-learning products, or EdTech enterprise solutions. - Strong understanding of corporate training lifecycle (TNI/TNA, design, delivery, content, LMS). - Demonstrated ability to close mid/large-ticket deals with enterprise clients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in consultative and solution-based selling. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
