Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our certified lab-grown diamonds and diamond-studded jewelry portfolio across Europe. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, proven sales capability, and an existing network of key buyers, distributors, and retailers within the diamond or jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand business opportunities for certified lab-grown diamonds and diamond-studded jewelry in European markets.
Leverage existing industry contacts to build strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify new partnerships, retail channels, and strategic accounts to accelerate growth.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product development, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the diamond or jewelry industry.
Strong network and working relationships with key clients across Europe.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
